The mobility budget, which has been active for years, has been the choice for many employees, although the percentage remains low, as according to KBC only 4.5% of companies in Belgium implement the Mobility Budget. This is why, starting in 2027, some companies will be required to offer the mobility budget to their employees.

This pillar allows you to receive your mobility budget balance once a year, following a 38.07% contribution. Also, if you have funds remaining from Pillars 1 or 2, the money is not lost, you will be able to receive it through Pillar 3.

Pillar 2 is part of the Belgian Mobility Budget, which allows employees entitled to a company car to forgo their vehicle in exchange for various benefits, such as public transport subscriptions and housing expense assistance, among others. These benefits are highly attractive to Mobility Budget beneficiaries; in fact, this pillar is a clear favorite, growing by +22% in 2025 alone according to ACERTA.
